Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd. (002653.SZ) has announced the receipt of a "Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice" from the National Medical Products Administration. The notification indicates that the two applications for new indications of HSK44459 Cream, accepted in March 2026, have been reviewed and found to comply with relevant requirements for drug registration. Approval has been granted to conduct clinical trials for this product.

HSK44459 Cream is a novel, independently developed drug with proprietary intellectual property rights for the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Preclinical research results demonstrate that the drug has a clear target, precise efficacy, and a favorable safety profile. It is a small-molecule drug with significant development potential, a high benefit/risk ratio for clinical application, and broad prospects for clinical use. It is expected to become an effective therapeutic agent for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, addressing the current shortage of clinical treatment options.
