YUANDA CHINA (02789) announced that effective August 29, 2025, Mr. Zhang Lei has resigned from his position as executive director, and Mr. Tian Wei has resigned from his role as chief financial officer. Meanwhile, Mr. Gao Kai has been appointed as executive director, and Ms. Lu Xinling has been appointed as chief financial officer.
