HRnetGroup Limited announced that its dormant subsidiary, SPV2 Pte. Ltd., has held its final liquidation meeting and is expected to be dissolved by the end of Feb, 2026.
The company said the dissolution will not have any material impact on its consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025.
