PARENTING NET Issues 3.30 Million New Shares in July; Total Outstanding Rises to 51.14 Million

China Parenting Network Holdings Limited (PARENTING NET) reported a 6.90% month-on-month increase in its issued share capital for July 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Key figures for the month ended 31 July 2026:

• Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) grew by 3.30 million to 51.14 million, up from 47.84 million at the end of June. The company held no treasury shares.

• Public float stayed compliant with the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement.

The increase in issued shares was not tied to any disclosed share-option exercises, warrant conversions, or other share-related agreements, as the company reported no activity under those headings for the period. All corporate actions undertaken in July were confirmed as fully authorised and executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
