据悉，该项目采用模块化建设方案，通过分阶段采购长周期设备有效控制了供应链风险。在工程推进过程中，团队同步完成了原料供应协议与下游承购合同的签署，为未来产能消化提供了双重保障。值得注意的是，2028年的投产节点与美国政府对关键矿物自主供应的战略规划形成联动，项目建成后有望缓解当前电动汽车、风电等领域对进口稀土的依赖现状。
业内人士指出，该项目进度管理呈现三大特点：一是采购流程与工程设计深度协同，避免了设备交付与施工进度的错配；二是通过数字化建模提前模拟生产线运行状态，显著降低了调试阶段的技术风险；三是创新采用"分区域并行施工"模式，预计可缩短总工期约四个月。随着2028年投产节点的临近，项目后续将重点开展自动化控制系统联调与工艺参数优化工作。
