SATS’ chief financial officer, Manfred Seah, will be stepping down with effect on July 25, who has been in the role since September 2017.
Seah serves as the company’s CFO, overseeing the company’s finance, treasury, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, property management and investor relation functions.
Timothy Tang is taking as the new group CFO, Sats announced on April 24. He was previously CFO of travel retailer DFS Group.
Seah, who holds 694,603 ordinary shares in SATS, will assume the role of special advisor with SATS and continue to lead group-wide projects upon his cessation as CFO.
