Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 06198) has announced that on 27 October 2025, Ms. Wang Fuling was re-elected as the Employee Representative Director during an employee representative meeting. She will serve as part of the fifth session of the Board, alongside the non-employee representative directors to be elected at the second extraordinary general meeting of 2025.

Ms. Wang will enter into a service contract with the company.
