根据公告，该公司股价在过去十二个月区间的最高价约为每股0.77港元（2026年3月），最低价约为每股0.22港元（2025年4月）。公司已拟于2026年6月5日上午十时正举办股东周年大会，计划就购回事宜及其他议题作进一步决议。股权登记方面，该公司将于2026年6月2日至6月5日期间暂停股份过户登记，股东须于2026年6月1日之前完成过户手续，以确保有权出席并表决。
