中国智能科技有限公司（00464）7月31日晚间公告称，公司就此前披露的收购物业事项，与卖方已书面同意将建议完成日期由原定的2026年7月31日进一步延长至2026年12月31日，或买卖双方其后可能书面同意的较后日期。
此前，双方已于2025年12月23日及2026年4月21日发布相关公告，并于2026年4月21日将完成日期首次延长至2026年7月31日。本次再度延长的原因系满足先决条件所需时间较长。除完成日期调整外，收购协议的其他条款保持不变并继续有效。
公司董事会表示，进一步延长建议完成日期不会对公司的业务或营运造成重大不利影响。
公告显示，董事会现由四名执行董事张慧君、蔡冬艳、周里洋及张加友，以及三名独立非执行董事胡志刚、马有恒和王泽华组成。
