Hapbiotech Investment Holding Limited（要约人）与凌锐控股有限公司（00784，本公司）于2026年5月27日联合发布澄清公告，对双方此前于5月26日发布的关于要约截止等事项的联合公告中一处笔误进行更正。
公告指出，原联合公告第4页“公众持股量”段落中，关于最低公众持股量25%的规定错误引用了上市规则“第8.08(1)(a)条”，正确引用应为上市规则“第13.32B(1)条”。除上述更正外，原联合公告（包括英文及中文版本）所载的所有其他资料维持不变。
据悉，此次澄清公告由要约人及凌锐控股董事会共同发布，旨在确保信息的准确性。要约人唯一董事许明炎博士及凌锐控股主席兼执行董事凌志辉分别代表双方董事会确认了公告内容。
