2026年8月7日，永义国际（01218）发布自愿性公告，就近日传媒报道及市场传闻中所提及的出售集团位于香港九龙漆咸道北470、472、474、476及478号的“森里”物业一事进行澄清。公司确认，目前正与若干独立第三方就潜在出售进行讨论，但截至公告日期，尚未与任何相关方达成最终或具约束力的协议，亦无法确定最终是否会落实交易。
董事会指出，在签署任何正式协议前，未确定的交易详情被广泛报道，可能对磋商中的交易价格及其他商业条款产生不利影响。公司强调，有关潜在出售事项的任何细节均尚未获得正式确认或认可。永义国际表示，将于适当时候按照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的要求发布进一步公告。
