达丰设备服务有限公司（股票代码：02153）于2026年7月17日发布公告称，拟向董事会授予一般及无条件授权，用于回购不超过在相关股东大会决议通过当日已发行股份总数10%的股份（不含库存股份）。截至公告日，公司已发行股份为1,166,871,250股，若授权获得通过，公司最多可回购116,687,125股。
公告显示，公司将在2026年9月24日于中国上海举办股东周年大会，相关议案将提交股东审议。届时，达丰设备将根据公司章程和开曼群岛法律及香港联合交易所有关上市规则，在可动用的现金流或营运资金范围内，为本次回购提供资金。公司强调，只有在董事认为回购行为有助于提升公司及股东的整体利益时，才会适时行使该项授权。公司认为，回购有助于提升公司每股资产净值或优化资本结构，从而增强股东回报。
公司同时提醒，基于上市规则，若回购股份导致公众持股比例低于规定要求，公司将停止回购。此外，公司宣布将于2026年9月21日至9月24日期间暂停办理股份过户登记，间接确认于9月24日当天举行股东周年大会的有权投票股东名单。董事会表示，这项股份回购计划如经股东大会通过，将符合公司和股东的整体最佳利益。
