中国水务集团披露，截至2025年9月30日止6个月营收约51.83亿港元，同比下降12.9%。经调整净利润（扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之盈利）约为21.55亿港元，同比下降18.6%。同期毛利率为35.3%，上年同期为38.4%，主要因建设类项目规模放缓导致整体收益下降。经营利润率约为31.0%，上年同期约为33.9%。销售及分销成本占营收比重维持在约1.4%，行政支出占比则由上年同期的6.7%略升至本期7.0%。
业务分项
城市供水板块：营收约32.71亿港元，同比下降13.1%。该板块工程量减少，致使盈利也出现一定幅度下滑。
管道直饮水供应板块：营收约2.63亿港元，同比下降28.3%。该业务板块在本期的建设及安装维护项目规模相对减少，利润端亦明显走低。
环保板块：营收约8.32亿港元，同比增长8.7%。污水处理及排水经营业务稳步增长，带动了整体收入与利润的提升。
