卫龙美味(09985.HK)5月20日发布公告称，公司董事会已建议向股东大会申请授权，可在香港联交所回购不超过公司已发行股本(不含库存股份)10%的股份。据披露，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数约24.31亿股，上述10%的规模约为2.43亿股。
公告显示，本次回购将使用公司按照章程细则及开曼群岛相关法律允许的合法资金来源进行。公司董事会表示，此举旨在加强资本结构、改善公司价值并提升股东回报，认为该计划符合公司及全体股东的最佳利益。
另据公告，截至2025年5月至2026年5月，卫龙美味股价最高报17.82港元，最低报8.41港元。本次购回事项尚待股东在2026年6月11日召开的股东周年大会上审议通过。公司同时提示，将于2026年6月8日至6月11日期间暂停办理股份过户，以确定有权出席本次会议并表决的股东。
