据外电周二援引知情人士消息报道，贝莱德（BlackRock）旗下的全球基础设施合伙公司（Global Infrastructure Partners，简称 GIP）接近达成一项 380 亿美元的交易，以收购公用事业集团 AES（ 爱依斯电力 ）。
外电补充称，双方的谈判已进入深度阶段，但谈判可能仍无法达成交易。
AES 在 7 月公布的第二季度利润超出华尔街预期，公司过去一年在可再生能源部门实现了显著增长。这一扩张受到全球推动更清洁能源发电的趋势带动，同时也与美国电力消费预计将达到历史新高的前景相吻合。
AES夜盘大涨12%。
