Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited (“HK Robotics”, formerly China Best Group Holding Limited) will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Suites 1901-2 & 14, 19/F, Tower 6, The Gateway, Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Key resolutions to be put to vote are as follows:

1. Financial Statements • Consideration and adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements along with the directors’ and auditors’ reports for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Re-election of seven directors: – Mr. Qiu Yiyong (Non-executive) – Mr. Jia Liqun (Executive) – Mr. Chen Jianqiu (Executive) – Mr. Li Haitao (Executive) – Mr. Liu Tonghui (Independent Non-executive) – Ms. Yin Meiqun (Independent Non-executive) • Authorisation for the board to appoint additional directors within the shareholder-approved limit. • Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor • Re-appointment of ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as external auditors for the ensuing year, with the board authorised to fix their remuneration.

4. Share Capital Mandates • General mandate permitting the board to issue and allot new shares not exceeding 20% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the resolution. • General mandate allowing repurchase of shares up to 10% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of the resolution. • Extension of the issuance mandate by an amount equal to the shares repurchased under the 10% mandate.

Shareholders may appoint the AGM chairman or another proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxy forms must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Completion and return of a proxy form will not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person.
