依据公告，本次回购将仅使用公司可合法动用的资金，包括内部资源等，并严格遵循上市规则及相关法律程序。董事会表示，此举主要用于灵活调配资本结构并提升股东整体回报，认为上述举措符合公司及全体股东的最佳利益。
据公告披露，自2025年12月底该股于香港上市以来，最高交易价曾达每股96.00港元，最低报51.10港元。公司指出，在适当时机行使购回授权，如获股东大会批准，将有助于更好维护投资者权益。
公司同时提醒股东关注相关时间安排。公司H股股份过户登记将于2026年5月5日至5月8日期间暂停办理，凡于2026年5月8日名列股东名册的持有人可就该购回议案行使投票权。若该议案在股东大会正式通过，购回授权即在大会日或其后生效。
