LEADER EDUCATION LIMITED (LEADER EDU) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in authorised or issued share capital and that the company continues to meet Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

• Authorised Capital Remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01, equivalent to USD 10.00 million.

• Issued Shares Unchanged at 666.67 million shares; the company holds no treasury shares.

• Public Float Management affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% float threshold as at month-end.

• Share Option Scheme Under the scheme adopted on 22 July 2020, no options were outstanding or exercised during the month. The scheme still allows for the future issuance of up to 66.67 million shares, representing 10% of existing issued capital.

• Other Equity Instruments No warrants, convertibles, or other equity agreements were outstanding or executed in July.

Executive Director Liu Laixiang confirmed that all reporting and regulatory obligations were met and that any future share issuances will continue to comply with Hong Kong listing rules.
