China In-Tech Maintains 756.24 Million Issued Shares, Confirms Public Float Compliance – June 2026 Monthly Return

China In-Tech Limited (HKEX: 00464) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, showing no change in either authorised or issued share capital.

• Authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 1.00 million.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 756.24 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares at month-end, and there were no share issues, cancellations, repurchases or transfers during June.

• China In-Tech confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of 30 June 2026.

• Share options: 56.70 million options (exercise price: HKD 0.62, granted 27 April 2026 under the scheme adopted 22 August 2025) remained outstanding. No options were exercised in June, and no new shares were issued pursuant to the scheme.

• The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements.

Director Zhang Huijun submitted the filing on 2 July 2026.
