8月13日，不同集团（06090）发布内幕消息公告称，经对截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核综合管理账目初稿进行初步评估，公司预计期内归属于公司权益股东的溢利将较2025年同期增加不少于90%。2025年同期归母溢利约为48.5百万元。
公司表示，业绩预期向好主要受以下因素推动： 1. 毛利增加，原因是收入增长，以及毛利率较高的饲养场景产品收入占比提升，从而带动整体毛利率上升； 2. 其他收入及收益净额增加，主要由于政府补助及利息收入增长； 3. 上市开支、以权益结算的股份支付及可赎回优先股利息减少，其中该因素促使归母溢利相较2025年同期增幅不少于40%。
公告强调，上述数据基于目前可得的未经审核综合管理账目初稿，尚未经公司核数师及董事会审计委员会审核确认，最终结果以稍后发布的中期业绩公告为准。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
