万国黄金集团（股票代码：03939）于2024年9月22日与金山(香港)国际矿业有限公司签署认购协议，向后者配发及发行165,600,000股新股份，每股认购股份价格为8.33港元，所得款项总额约13.79亿元人民币（1,379.3百万元）、扣除所有相关支出后的净额同为13.79亿元。根据协议，其中6.90亿元（约占50%）投入所罗门群岛金山矿勘采及开发项目，另6.90亿元则用作公司一般营运资金。 在认购事项完成后，截至2024年12月31日，公司已实际使用8.66亿元，余下5.13亿元延至2025年6月30日前全部用于金岭项目建设。至2025年12月31日，上述认购所得资金已全部按既定用途投入，未发生重大用途变动或使用延误。该补充公告所载内容并未对此前年度报告的其他部分信息造成影响。
