China Everbright Water noteholders fully exercise resale option for 2023 MTNs

China Everbright Water Limited announced on Jul, 06 2026 that holders of its 2023 second tranche medium term notes have fully exercised the resale option offered by the company.
The resale window ran from Jun, 29 2026 to Jul, 03 2026. All 15 units of the notes, each with a face value of RMB100 million, were tendered for repurchase at 100% of face value, representing about 0.29 billion Singapore dollars in aggregate.
Settlement is scheduled for Jul, 17 2026. Following completion, no amount of the 2023 second tranche notes will remain outstanding. The coupon rate that would have applied to any notes not resold was 1.00%.
