Jiangxi Bank Maintains 6.02 Billion Share Base in June 2026; Public Float Fully Compliant

Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month. The filing was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026 and signed by Director Zeng Hui.

Jiangxi Bank’s authorised and issued share capital remains at 6.02 billion ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. The structure is unchanged from May 2026 and comprises: • 1.35 billion H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. • 4.68 billion domestic shares not listed in Hong Kong.

The bank holds zero treasury shares, and no issuance, cancellation, repurchase, options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked agreements were reported for the month.

In its submission, Jiangxi Bank confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board Rule 13.32D public-float requirement, maintaining at least the initial prescribed threshold of 22.33 percent for its H-share class.
