美的集团（股票代码：00300）于2026年4月1日完成一次股份回购，涉及651,400股，占当日回购前公司已发行股本约0.009481%，每股回购价格区间为人民币76.38元至77元，合计支付约4999.87万元人民币。回购后，公司持有的库藏股增加至82,369,041股。
同日，公司根据第八期股票期权激励计划行使期权，新增发行146,327股，每股发行价格为人民币70.29元；同时根据第九期股票期权激励计划行使期权，新增发行139,098股，每股发行价格为人民币45.16元。两项期权行使合计占当日回购前公司已发行股本约0.004155%。上述变动完成后，公司最新已发行股本为6,870,344,070股。
公司确认，相关股份回购及新增发行均已获得董事会批准并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及有关法律法规。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
