北京极智嘉科技股份有限公司（02590，简称“极智嘉-W”）7月31日发布自愿公告称，美国联邦通信委员会（FCC）于2026年7月28日更新管控清单（Covered List），禁止在美国进口、营销或销售境外生产的先进机器人设备及并网功率逆变器。然而，极智嘉-W指出，其目前在美国销售的所有自主移动机器人（AMR）机型均已取得有效FCC认证，不受相关禁令限制。公司在美国的产品销售、交付及运营保持正常，未受到影响。
公司表示，相关禁令不会对其业务、运营及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。与此同时，极智嘉-W将继续推进制造、供应链、研发及产品检测的本地化战略，并计划在美国的全新生产基地“适时投产”，以确保后续新产品持续符合美国监管规定，保障长期市场准入与业务稳定。
