Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) reported that it repurchased 3,050,000 of its own shares on Dec, 23 2025 through on-exchange transactions under its share buy-back programme for financial management purposes.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 8.65 to 8.90 Thai baht, for a total consideration of about 1.03 million Singapore dollars.

Since the programme commenced, STGT has bought back 66,439,700 shares, equal to 2.32% of its paid-up capital, for a cumulative outlay of roughly 19.26 million Singapore dollars. The board previously authorised the repurchase of up to 220,000,000 shares, or 7.68% of paid-up capital, with the plan running until Mar, 20 2026.
