On 7 July 2026, Dickson Concepts (International) Limited announced that its 2026 Annual Report, the circular dated the same day, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, the associated proxy form, and the company’s 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.dickson.com.hk) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to access all current and future corporate communications electronically to support environmental sustainability. Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive printed versions of the Annual Report, circular, AGM notice and proxy form. The ESG Report is provided exclusively in electronic format, but shareholders may request a printed copy.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access—or wishing to receive printed documents—can submit a signed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 113-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

To ensure timely receipt of future communications, shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address with the Branch Share Registrar. Without a functional email address on record, notifications and actionable corporate communications will be sent in hard copy.
