2026年9月30日，华润饮料（控股）有限公司（股票代码：02460）发布翌日披露报表公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购股份事宜。
本次回购股份数量为270,000股，占公司董事会决议通过之日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.01126%。回购价格介乎每股港币7.33元至7.395元，合计支付金额约1,990,980港元，折合约199.10万港元。公司表示，于2026年9月30日收市后，其已发行股本总数维持为2,398,196,600股，库藏股数量为0股。
公告称，公司于2026年6月1日获得购回授权，可回购股份总数为239,819,660股。截至目前，华润饮料合计购回股份6,234,800股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.25998%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例。
