BEIJING ENT (00392) has issued an announcement concerning its 2023 Corporate Bonds (First Tranche) for professional investors, which were issued on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The notice details the final principal and interest payment and delisting schedule for this bond issue, which matures on July 25, 2026.
The interest accrual period is from July 25, 2025, to July 24, 2026, with a coupon rate of 2.86%.
For each bond lot with a face value of 1,000 yuan, the payment will consist of 1,000 yuan in principal and 28.60 yuan in interest, resulting in a total payment of 1,028.60 yuan per lot.
The record date for bondholders is set for July 24, 2026, while the payment and delisting date is scheduled for July 27, 2026.
