根据公告，董事会将在2026年8月25日举行股东周年大会，提请股东审议并授权公司在合法资金来源及百慕达公司法和香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则允许的情况下，用可供分派的资金来购回股份。公司表示，此次购回股份旨在优化资本结构、提升股东回报，董事会认为相关举措符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
公司提醒，8月19日收市前为办理股份过户登记的最后时间，自8月20日至8月25日将暂时停止办理过户，以确定有权出席股东周年大会并投票的股东资格。
