META MEDIA (00072) Completes Acquisition of Approximately 3% of Modern Digital Holdings' Issued Share Capital

The transaction's completion has officially taken effect as of January 23, 2026, with all conditions precedent outlined in the sale and purchase agreement having been successfully fulfilled. Following this acquisition, the buyer's stake in the target company's issued share capital has increased from approximately 77% to 80%. Consequently, the target company is now classified as a subsidiary in which the company holds an approximately 80% interest. The financial performance of the target company will continue to be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
