DT Capital Announces Strategic MOU with Laplace Lab to Explore Decentralised Prediction Markets for Enterprise Risk Management

Bulletin Express
Jun 25

Hong Kong – DT Capital Limited (DT Capital) disclosed that on 25 June 2026 it signed a non-binding Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with Laplace Lab Limited, the exclusive designated technical developer of SigMarket, a decentralised prediction-market platform.

The partners will conduct joint research on applying decentralised prediction-market technology to corporate risk management, internal decision support and scenario analysis. Planned initiatives include: • Developing enterprise-level risk-management analysis tools. • Integrating artificial intelligence into customised risk-management solutions. • Applying the technology to internal scenario planning, resilience management and decision support.

All activities under the memorandum are restricted to internal research, technical evaluation, risk management and proof-of-concept work; they will not involve external deployment or commercialisation of real-world assets.

The agreement does not impose legally binding obligations, and any specific project will require a separate formal contract. DT Capital’s board expects no material impact on the Group’s current-year financial performance but views the collaboration as a step toward strengthening internal risk-management capabilities.

The company will issue further announcements should material developments arise and advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
