2026年9月16日，天长集团（02182）公告称，其间接全资附属公司天濠新材料科技（惠州）有限公司已于同日交易时段后向捷瓏进出口贸易有限公司（卖方）发出采购订单，以总代价1,090.6百万元日圆（约54.5百万元港元）收购10台「JSW」牌镁合金注射成型机。
根据协议，惠州附属公司将在签署采购订单后两周内以电汇支付30%预付款，其余70%将在设备交付并完成安装后支付。卖方须于2027年2月至4月期间分批交付全部设备，并提供自最终验收日起12个月的保修服务。
公司表示，引入上述设备旨在提升集团在半固态镁合金注射成型领域的制造能力，优化产品结构，降低对单一产品类别的依赖，并有助于利用现有客户资源和行业经验开拓相关市场。交易代价将由集团内部资源拨付。
按照香港联交所上市规则，交易按单独基准计算的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，仅需履行公告和通知义务，无需股东批准。
