China Daye Executive Director Zhang Aijun to Retire Effective 13 April 2026

China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited announced that Executive Director Zhang Aijun has submitted a retirement application and will step down from the Board on 13 April 2026 upon reaching retirement age. According to the filing, Zhang has no disagreements with the Board, and no matters related to her departure require shareholder attention.
The Board expressed its appreciation for Zhang’s contributions during her tenure. Following her resignation, the Board will comprise two executive directors—Xiao Shuxin and Zhang Jinzhong—and three independent non-executive directors—Liu Fang, Wang Qihong and Kong Hua.
