RISECOMM GP (01679) Appoints RSM Hong Kong as Auditor

RISECOMM GP (01679) announced that ShineWing (HK) CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 11, 2025, due to a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint RSM Hong Kong CPA Limited (RSM) as the company's new auditor, effective November 11, 2025. RSM will fill the vacancy left by ShineWing and serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
