2026年4月8日，久泰邦达能源控股有限公司（股票代码：02798）发布2026年3月股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至2026年3月31日，公司法定股本为10,000,000,000股普通股（每股面值0.01港元），对应注册股本总额为1亿港元，较上月底无变化。
