若获通过，股息将以下列时间表执行：除净日为2026年9月1日，为符合获派股息资格而递交股份过户文件的最后时限为2026年9月2日下午4时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记手续的日期为2026年9月3日至9月7日，权益登记日为2026年9月7日，股息派发日定于2026年9月18日。公司股份过户登记处为卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址位于香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼。
公告未涉及代扣所得税安排。
