云想科技控股有限公司（02131）8月6日公告披露，独立内部监控顾问已提交第二阶段跟进审查报告，确认集团已按此前内部监控审查报告的建议落实所有补救措施。跟进审查覆盖期间为2026年6月1日至2026年6月30日，报告已于2026年8月6日交予董事会及审核委员会。 公告显示，除因业务终止而被视为“不适用”的采购验收及入账流程（内控公告第2.5项）外，其余内部控制缺陷均已通过完善书面政策与程序得到充分处理。关于存货管理（内控公告第4.1项），集团已于2026年6月发布并实施更新后的《第三方仓储管理制度》。由于集团目前仅使用单一仓库且无货物内部调拨，跟进审查期间未获取相关样本。 内部监控顾问表示，在完成现场工作及跟进审查后，并未发现需要修改原有结论和发现的事件或交易。董事会及审核委员会已审阅相关报告，认为整改措施充分且有效，集团现行内部监控系统足以确保符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的要求。 公司股份自2025年4月1日上午9时正起暂停买卖，待符合所有复牌指引并获联交所满意后方可复牌。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时务须审慎，并视乎需要寻求专业意见。
