港股异动丨半导体股逆势上涨，A股两大半导体龙头官宣重组
周一，港股半导体股逆势拉升，其中，华虹半导体涨超3%，中芯国际涨2.5%，上海复旦、中电华大科技涨约1%。
消息上，周末最为重磅莫过于两大半导体巨头海光信息与中科曙光官宣资产重组。有分析称，从市场的角度而言，这一次合并可能会重新激活市场对于半导体并购重组（特别是国资方向）的炒作预期，后续仍可关注这一方向能否决出短线新核心的出现。
