鹰瞳科技-B(02251)于2026年9月17日公告， 公司于当日通过香港联合交易所场内回购95,500股H股，约占回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数100,821,713股的0.095%。回购价格区间为每股8.125港元至9.995港元，总金额863,616港元（约86.36万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍维持为103,568,013股，其中100,726,213股为已发行股份（不包括库藏股），库藏股数量由2,746,300股增至2,841,800股。根据公告，此次回购所依托的回购授权通过日期为2026年6月26日，目前公司可回购股份总数为10,137,961股。截至公告日，公司已根据该授权累计回购653,400股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.6445%。
