中生北控生物科技股份有限公司（08247）8月10日公告称，公司董事会已发出会议通知，董事会会议拟于2026年8月20日（星期四）召开。董事会将就以下事项进行审议：
1. 审阅并批准公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合中期业绩；
2. 批准在香港联合交易所有限公司GEM及公司网站刊登上述期间的中期业绩公告；
3. 考虑派付中期股息（如有）；
4. 考虑暂停办理公司过户登记手续（如需要）；
5. 处理其他事项。
公告指出，截至公告日，董事会成员包括：主席、总裁兼执行董事陈鹏；副主席兼执行董事李忠华；执行董事陈正永；非执行董事康睿；独立非执行董事沈剑刚、范晓亮及金腾川。
公司并强调，公告已按照联交所GEM证券上市规则要求披露，所有董事确认公告内容准确、完整且无误导性或欺诈成分，并表示公告自刊登之日起将在联交所网站及公司官网分别保留七天及长期登载。
