BEIJING N STAR (00588) has announced that during the 38th meeting of its 10th Board of Directors held on October 15, 2025, Zhu Yan was appointed as the Company Secretary, a position equivalent to a Joint Company Secretary under Hong Kong regulations. This appointment is effective immediately from October 15, 2025. Following this appointment, Zhu Yan will also serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from the same date.
