连连数字科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02598）于2026年6月5日公告称，当日于香港联交所场内回购公司H股254,500股，占当日回购前公司已发行股本约0.0584%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币4.75港元至5.05港元，总耗资约124.51万港元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司于2026年6月5日的已发行股本合计保持为468,220,264股，其中已发行股份（不包括库藏股）由回购前的436,035,764股减少至435,781,264股，库藏股则增至32,439,000股。公司同时披露，股东于2026年6月5日通过了新的购回授权，授权购回股份总数为43,603,576股。
公告另指出，公司已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》和相关法律法规的要求，回购行为亦获得公司董事会正式批准。公告由公司秘书许叶丹签署。
