Authorised and issued share capital • Authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00005 each, equivalent to a total authorised capital of USD 50,000. • Issued share capital held steady at 638.65 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding or repurchased during the period.

Public float compliance The company confirmed its public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as of 30 September 2026.

Share option activity Under the 2021 Share Option Scheme (exercise price: HKD 8.568), no options were exercised in September. Outstanding options that could potentially convert into equity total 10.91 million shares, while no new options were granted, exercised or lapsed, and no funds were raised.
