On October 28, Bank of China (BOC) issued an announcement stating that the bank's board of directors has received the resignation letter from Zhuo Chengwen. Due to work adjustments, effective from October 30, 2025, Zhuo Chengwen will no longer serve as the bank's Board Secretary and Company Secretary.
