2026年9月4日，丽新发展(证券代号：00488)发布2026年8月份股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至2026年8月31日，公司普通股总数维持在1,453,328,830股，库藏股数量为0股，股本结构未发生增减变动。
报告期内，公司并未进行新增发行、购回或注销股份等活动，期末已发行股份及库存股份总数保持不变。公司就普通股确认，其在香港联合交易所有限公司上市的股份占比为19.6%，满足适用的公众持股量要求。
在股权激励方面，公司现行的两项股份期权计划中，第一项在报告期初持有的可行权期权为255,395股，本月无新股发行或库藏股转让，期末仍保留255,395股。第二项股份期权计划期末可行权股份数量合计为96,888,588股，报告期内无新增授出或行使情况。
