2026年6月9日，第七大道（00797）公告称，当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份共1,300,000股，占公司现有已发行股本约0.04731%。回购价格为每股0.98港元，总涉资约127.40万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持2,747,742,000股，库藏股数为0。回购授权于2026年5月26日通过，可购回股份总数为274,774,200股，截至目前已回购5,834,000股，占获授权总数约0.21232%。
公司在公告中确认，本次回购已获董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
