ENVISION GREEN Group (01783) has recently officially launched its first power battery disposal demonstration line in Rhode Island, USA, marking the group's entry into a new phase in the North American circular economy sector. The launch ceremony was attended by distinguished guests including Mr. Guo Jinsheng, Chairman of ENVISION GREEN Group, Mr. Norman Ng, Chairman of Fortune Metal Group Inc. (FMG), Ms. Guo Ke'er, Chief Operating Officer of the Group, Mr. Victor Ng, CEO of FMG, Mr. Stephen Ng, Chief Operating Officer and Hong Kong Regional Head, and Mr. Derrick Wong, Rhode Island Factory Manager.

In his address, Mr. Guo Jinsheng emphasized that from raw material collection to regenerative applications, the Rhode Island service point will serve as an important milestone and key hub for the group's construction of the power battery recycling industry chain in the United States. In the future, the group will use this base as a template to upgrade multiple disposal centers across the United States, providing end-to-end closed-loop solutions for automotive manufacturers, energy companies and others, promoting local green employment and green transportation progress.

Subsequently, Mr. Guo Jinsheng and Chief Operating Officer Ms. Guo Ke'er conducted an on-site inspection of the production line's core operating areas, focusing on understanding the automated sorting system and standardized disposal processes. The inspection team highly praised the local team's work in operational system construction and market research, believing that these localized practical experiences have significant demonstration value and will provide important reference for the group's deployment at other locations.

According to International Energy Agency data, US electric vehicle sales exceeded 1.6 million units in 2024, indicating broad development prospects for the battery recycling and reuse market. In the future, the group will continue to focus on the US green energy sector, building a resource regeneration value network through localized operations and business collaboration with local supply chain partners, providing one-stop sustainable solutions for global customers.
