BAIWANG CO (06657) has announced that the company recently entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Ant Blockchain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Ant Blockchain Technology).

Under this agreement, the two parties will collaborate on areas including enterprise risk identification, transaction momentum assessment, credit assistance decision-making, and related data intelligence service scenarios, jointly exploring new models for data intelligence services.

Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, the company will provide Ant Blockchain Technology with data intelligence, large model inference, and intelligent risk control services based on real transaction data and artificial intelligence technology through means such as API interfaces and model calls.

The related services will primarily cover intelligent decision support, industrial chain mapping analysis, related-party transaction risk monitoring, enterprise transaction network analysis, and the supply of high-quality datasets. The specific service content, functional details, and technical parameters will be as stipulated in the annexes to the cooperation agreement and specific orders confirmed by both parties.

The services under the cooperation agreement will adopt a post-paid, usage-based billing model, using tokens as the measurement and settlement basis for service usage. Both parties will periodically verify the actual usage and settle accordingly.

For the avoidance of doubt, the tokens under the cooperation agreement serve solely as a measurement unit for gauging service resource consumption and usage volume and do not involve any prepaid stored value or top-up arrangements.

The board of directors believes that this cooperation will help the company leverage its accumulated expertise in enterprise transaction data, commercial credit capabilities, and AI technology, synergizing with Ant Blockchain Technology's experience and resources in digital technology and related business scenarios.

This collaboration is expected to advance the application of the company's data intelligence services in scenarios such as enterprise risk insight, industrial chain analysis, and intelligent decision support.

The board is confident that this cooperation aligns with the company's business development direction of promoting data intelligence transformation with "Data+AI" at its core, enhancing enterprise digital solution capabilities, and expanding commercial credit service application scenarios.

Both parties intend to encapsulate the aforementioned capabilities into callable, billable digital service credentials. This initiative is expected to facilitate the company's upgrade from a traditional finance and tax service provider to a data intelligence platform, optimize its revenue structure, and provide support for its long-term business development.
