WANG ON GROUP（宏安集团有限公司，股份代号：01222），于百慕达注册成立并在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，公告拟申请一般授权以回购不超过公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）总数10%的股份。
根据公告资料，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数约为14,166,696,942股，若回购授权获股东批准，公司最多可回购1,416,669,694股。董事会指出，回购资金将根据公司组织章程大纲、百慕达适用法例及上市规则的规定，以公司可供分配的现金流或营运资金依法进行。
董事会表示，此次回购将有助于提升公司资产净值和/或每股盈利，符合公司及股东的整体利益。公司预期于2026年8月19日召开股东周年大会，并于会后生效该回购决议。董事会同时强调，回购规模将控制在不影响公司运营资金及财务状况的范围内，并确保不会导致公司公众持股量低于香港联交所要求的最低25%。
公司提醒，股东须在指明日期前办理过户登记，以确保在股东周年大会上享有投票权。有关该次授权的最终结果尚需获得股东于股东周年大会表决通过后方可实施。公司称本次股份回购授权将为调整资本结构提供灵活空间，进一步提升股东回报。
